I doubt that anyone besides Mike, myself and Bob Martin will ever climb this peak.

The modest bushwhack up “Tater Top” will take you to an open rock summit with expansive views. Start at the Potato Gulch Trailhead at 9,600 feet. From the trailhead, you can see the summit at a bearing of 76 degrees. Simply march in this direction toward the summit, and as the slope steepens, aim for a point just to the south (right) of the summit rocks. Reach the summit ridge to the south of the summit rocks, and scamper up the south side of the rock formation to the highest point.
